The Charles & Chase Group completed a 4,000 square foot renovation for Advanced Cardiology, LLC, Dr. John Lourie's new practice. Transforming a previously owned office into a fully functional medical office space, several exam rooms and doctor offices, a nurse's station, a check-in and check-out area and a waiting room.

Maximizing space was the goal for this project. Throughout pre-construction, meetings between The Charles & Chase Group, Dr. Lourie and Edge Architecture took place, allowing for an organized floor plan to be designed benefiting Dr. Lourie's practice needs.
