The Charles & Chase Group completed a 5,000 square foot medical office fitout consisting of a nuclear imaging lab, ultrasound labs, stress/treadmill room, coumadin labs, Dr offices, nurses station, exam rooms, check-in/check-out areas, and a waiting room located in Venice, Florida for The Heart Institute of Venice.

Due to the Doctor's schedule the project needed to be fast-tracked. With proper planning, subcontractor coordination and safety, the construction was completed within 6 weeks.
