The Charles & Chase Group has commenced construction on a new bank branch for LandMark Bank of Florida in Lakewood Ranch. This new 6,000 square foot building, designed by Jerry N. Zoller Architect | Planner, includes a variety of cast stone shapes, stucco veneer, and barrel tile roofing. The new bank is located within the Lakewood Walk development at the corner of SR 70 and Lakewood Ranch Boulevard with great visibility and access from both major roads. The internal amenities include a self serve coffee bar, computer desk with wireless internet access for customers, and wide screen televisions. The contemporary take on the interior design is shown through out the building with etched glass, stained hardwood panels & stainless steel trim. The welcoming design features give customers the relaxing lounge feel for a different more comfortable banking experience.
