The Charles & Chase Group has completed work on the Lorraine Corners NW project located on the corner of State Road 70 and Lorraine Road in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.

A building design by Fawley Bryant Architects of Bradenton, the 23,000 square foot building is a retail center with multiple tenants that include restaurants, retail stores, a learning center, and more... The building design features covered walkways and arcades, raised cupola and towers, stone veneer, standing seam metal roofing, fabric awnings, and glass storefronts.
