The Charles & Chase Group completed the 20,000 square foot corporate headquarters for Partners in Practice, a comprehensive medical management company. Their new headquarters is located on Energy Court off of Lakewood Ranch Blvd. in Lakewood Ranch, FL.

The Charles & Chase Group approached this project with non-conventional construction. In lieu of masonry block, filled cells, bond beams, etc...The exterior wall has been designed to with stand 270mph winds, this has been accomplished by pre-engineered, pre-fabricated exterior wall panels set in place then poured solid with six inches of concrete. The exterior wall took twelve working days to set the pre-fabricated walls and pour the concrete. The building has back-up systems both electrical and HVAC. The floor layout includes an open office area, administrative offices, executive offices, training room, kitchen/break room, and an extensive IT department.
