The Charles & Chase Group Begins Construction on Healthcare Realty Trust Building

October 8, 2008 - The Charles & Chase Group, Inc. has begun construction on a medical office suite for Healthcare Realty Trust, Inc.  Located in Venice, the suite is a 2,500 square foot build-out and will serve as a model suite for Healthcare Realty Trust, Inc. to showcase leasing opportunities for doctors groups.

The plans were drawn by Edge Architecture and construction is expected to be completed in November of 2008.
