The Charles & Chase Group Named Construction Manager
For The Regency House Renovation

April 3, 2008 - The Charles & Chase Group, Inc. provided Construction Management for the renovation of The Regency House, a 10-story condominium building located at 435 South Gulfstream Ave. in downtown Sarasota.

The project included a complete exterior restoration of the building, including repairs to the balconies, metal railings and sliding glass doors. Charles & Chase waterproofed and painted the entire building. The existing roof was removed and replaced with a new roof and a new rooftop air handling unit was installed. Additionally, Charles & Chase installed a complete fire suppression system and updated fire alarm system throughout the building.
