The Charles & Chase Group Begins Second Phase of the Regency House Renovation

September 30, 2008- The Charles & Chase Group, Inc. recently began the second phase of renovations of The Regency House, a 10-story condominium building located at 435 South Gulfstream Ave. in downtown Sarasota.

This phase of the project includes the renovation of the entire 3,000 sq. ft. first floor, modernizing all common areas including the concierge area, building manager’s office, mail room, library, club room, kitchen, fitness center and bathrooms. This phase of the project was designed by the Sarasota Office of 
TRO Jung-Brannen.
