The Charles & Chase Group to Begin Renovating
Sun-N-Fun RV Resort

June 10, 2008 - Sun-n-Fun "Florida's Friendliest RV Resort" located at 7125 Fruitville Road in Sarasota, FL awarded the Charles & Chase Group a design build contract for upgrading their 19,000 square foot Woodland Hall Building. Sun-n-Fun uses this building for group and individual recreational activities. Charles & Chase will be teaming up with Edge Architecture for the design of this new project. 

The Woodland Hall Building includes a new covered entryway for the main building entrance, new exterior façade with hardie siding and trim, adding stone veneer and new masonry columns to the building, new doors, windows and entry exterior lighting. The project is scheduled to start the second quarter of 2008.
