As vice president and project executive of Charles & Chase, Ranney is responsible for office and field oversight, quality control, project staffing, budget control, project scheduling, trade labor mitigation, subcontractor relationships and company strategy.
Ranney has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and holds a Florida Certified General Contractor license.
