Ted Zoltko, President

As president and project executive of Charles & Chase, Zoltko’s primary responsibilities include client satisfaction, project planning, and business management and supervision of the corporation. Understanding the needs and special requirements of clients in conjunction with proactively developing creative ideas and solutions is of the utmost importance to his role on projects.

Zoltko has a Bachelors Degree in Architectural Engineering and holds a Florida Certified General Contractor license and a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license.
