Charles & Chase completes interior renovations to contemporary home on Lido Shores, previously known as the “pink house”. The structure originally designed by the late architect Don Chappell in 1983, now has gone through two renovations and additions since then. The recent design for interior renovations were completed by local design firm Guy Peterson – Office for Architecture. Working closely with Project Architect Joe Kelly during pre-construction planning and construction, the interior enhancements included complete remodel of the kitchen, master bath, guest bath and powder room. Along with new tile flooring and paint finishes through-out the house, all the door hardware was replaced with stainless steel hardware and contemporary designed handsets. All the lighting and switching was replaced with new LED light fixtures in association with a Lutron wireless total home control system.
