Clean Labs for Cancer Center Medical Clinics

Project Locations: Sarasota & Bradenton

A change in Florida’s rules and regulations for chemotherapy medicine mixing facilities implemented an operational modification at two facilities. The medicine mixing and preparation areas must be isolated from the adjacent clinic spaces. Dedicated pressurized clean lab rooms includes isolated walls, ceilings and independent exhaust and HVAC systems. Charles & Chase coordinated with Owner’s vendor for the prefabricated clean lab rooms, followed by installation of independent mechanical-electrical-plumbing systems.  Pre-planning included logistics for temporary medicine mixing areas as required to vacate the work area to receive the new clean lab rooms. All temporary and permanent work completed during non-business hours so that the clinic remained open for business during the entire renovation.

Blue Door Luxe Med Spa

Project Location: Lakewood Ranch

An isolated facility dedicated to treatment and wellness of clienteles. An 1,800 square foot Class A+ medical spa featuring private rooms, meditation areas, water fountains, contemporary tempered glass partitions, custom cabinetry and unique decor. Charles & Chase team worked closely with Owner, identifying existing walls, systems and components that could remain and to be incorporated in the design and layout.

Mancave for Men – Barbershop and Spa

Project Location: Downtown Sarasota

A project consisting of a conversion of an existing 1,500 square foot cabinetry sales showroom to a franchise design driven men’s barbershop.  Each Mancave for Men are very similar in their design features, finishes and color palette. The dark wood themed custom cabinetry and wall paneling maintains a contemporary sleek appearance to the space. Form, function, and lighting are key factors for the atmosphere of the space. This location includes a dedicated area for massage, relaxation and wellness.

Blue Door Spa and Salon

Project Location: Ellenton

A 5,500 square foot interior buildout of a spacious wellness and beauty facility. The interior space design includes salt therapy rooms, therapeutic bodywork suites, saunas, shower accommodations, pedicure, hair salon and a refreshment bar. The spaces host an array of unique interior finishes and furnishings, while maintaining cost practicality and functionality. The Charles & Chase management team collaborated continuously with Owner and Architect during design development to assist with design economics, constructibility and cost evaluations.
