Naked Farmer

Project Location: Downtown St. Petersburg 

Our second successfully completed project for the Naked Farmer restaurant group. A 1,600 square foot total renovation and expansion of Naked Farmer’s first restaurant established in 2020. The project handed us a multitude of challenges and obstacles with 1) expanding into the adjacent occupied fitness center 2) Landlord’s restrictions for noise related construction tasks and 3) extending the new kitchen hood system to the roof surface, two levels above. The carefully selected finishes for aesthetics and maintenance purposes were incorporated into the spaces such as quartz, variety of hard tiles, stainless steel metals, powder coated metals, cementitious epoxy, fire-retardant pre-finished wood products and hard drywall ceilings.

Waffle Monkey

Project Location: Sarasota

A 1,600 square foot interior buildout of a unique breakfast, coffee and light lunch café. A jungle themed café, mirroring the one in Costa Rica and other Florida locations, specializing in waffles, coffee and much more. The kitchen area is a compact design but fully functional for the chefs. The dining area, filled with murals of jungle themes, unique colors, décor and airy openness is quite complimentary.

3 Natives Acai and Juicery

Project Location: Ellenton

Charles & Chase is awarded contract for the construction of 3 Natives Acai and Juicery restaurant in Parrish, Florida.  This one is located at the new Creekside Development on US Route 301 in Parrish.  This newest business will be the third 3 Natives project completed by our construction management team at The Charles & Chase Group.

Naked Farmer

Project Location: University Town Center in Sarasota

This project consisted of a 2,300 square foot interior build-out of a casual food bowl type restaurant.  The interior finishes and materials are creatively design and selected by the owner and founder of the restaurant. Indoor and outdoor seating areas with banquette seating.  Higher end type interior finishes with a variety of glazed porcelain and ceramic tiles, natural concrete, natural wood veneer, quartz fabrications, stainless steel trim, stucco texturing, venetian plastering, and contemporary lighting.
