Suntrust Bank – Private Wealth Management Offices
Project Location: Lakewood Ranch
This project consisted of a 3,500 square foot interior build-out which included various private offices, meeting rooms, conference room, and break-room for the staff and administration. The design of the suite is enhanced with custom stained maple wood cabinetry, ornamental trim, custom window and door frames, along with granite countertops. The personal banking suite was designed by the team at WBRC Architects-Engineers.
Landmark Bank – New Branch Bank
Project Location: Lakewood Ranch
This project consisted of a new ground-up 6,000 square foot bank branch building. The design included a variety of cast stone shapes, stucco veneer, and barrel tile roofing. The interiors included etched glass, stained hardwood panels, and stainless steel trim. The open “welcoming” design gives customers the relaxing lounge feel for a different, more comfortable, banking experience.
