Viking Culinary School
Project Location: Lakewood Ranch
This project consisted of a 4,000 square foot interior build-out including several commercial kitchens; a hands-on cooking room, a cooking demonstration area, and a back of the house general preparation kitchen. Professional chefs will demonstrate and teach their cooking talents to individuals, groups, and on the food network
television station.
Fast N Fresh
Project Location: University Park
This project consisted of a 2,700 square foot interior renovation/build-out of existing restaurant space. The new layout and design included two new kitchen hoods, HVAC replacement of three split systems, new restrooms, kitchen, serving, and dining area. The design embraced an open ceiling concept with innovative lighting selections, metal / wood trellises, mirrors, multi-dimensional wood wall paneling, custom tables, queuing and menu metal / wood railings, custom banquette seating, and new custom cabinetry. The serving line food service equipment, modular and moveable stainless steel was selected for durability, ease of maintenance and cleaning.
Pastries By Design
Project Location: Lakewood Ranch
This project consisted of a 2,500 square foot interior build-out for a custom baking restaurant. The interior build-out included a commercial kitchen, sales and display areas, a conference room, and a specialty workroom where they will design and make the custom pastries for weddings, birthdays, and much more.
