Charles & Chase Group is awarded the contract for the renovations to the Clearway Surgery Center on University Parkway in Sarasota. Project consists of interior renovations as required by AHCA’s current regulations for ambulatory surgery centers. Includes conversion of instrument room to a soiled worked room along with other upgrades, HVAC testing, balancing and certifications.
