Charles & Chase is awarded contract for the construction of Waffle Monkey restaurant.    Waffle Monkey specialty breakfast restaurants are currently located in the Naples and Bonita Springs areas and also in Cost Rica.  Welcome to downtown Sarasota.  The project design is a full sit-down dining type breakfast restaurant, consisting of a complete interior buildout of new kitchen and new dining areas with interior design enhances monkey and jungle themes.

3 Natives Acai and Juicery

Project Location: Ellenton

Charles & Chase is awarded contract for the construction of 3 Natives Acai and Juicery restaurant in Parrish, Florida.  This one is located at the new Creekside Development on US Route 301 in Parrish.  This newest business will be the third 3 Natives project completed by our construction management team at The Charles & Chase Group.

Naked Farmer

Project Location: University Town Center in Sarasota

This project consisted of a 2,300 square foot interior build-out of a casual food bowl type restaurant.  The interior finishes and materials are creatively design and selected by the owner and founder of the restaurant. Indoor and outdoor seating areas with banquette seating.  Higher end type interior finishes with a variety of glazed porcelain and ceramic tiles, natural concrete, natural wood veneer, quartz fabrications, stainless steel trim, stucco texturing, venetian plastering, and contemporary lighting.
